Standard Exchange Policy
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it to adesign within 30 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within five business days of receipt of merchandise.
We do not offer cash or credit refunds. We will happily exchange your brush for a replacement brush, or a brush of equal value. Please allow 7-10 days for the exchanged merchandise to arrive to you.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, adesign reserves the right to deny exchange of the product.
How to return an item for exchange:
- Email info@adesignbrushes.com within 30 days of receiving your orderto request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please label the subject “Customer Return” and include your PayPalTM tracking ID (or Sales Order #) and the reason for your exchange in your request.
- You will receive your RMA confirmation via email.
- Please include the RMA confirmation email in your package with the item being exchanged.
- We recommend you ship the item being returned for exchange via, FedEx or UPS so the item is insured and you have a tracking number. Please send the returned item for exchange to the address below.
